I absolutely agree the bridge has too much congestion - 4 ramps / bike path / RR tracks / stoplight / detour / schools. I take this bridge 6 days a week to Edina & it is like playing "Russian Roulette" every day!
I do not understand what you are proposing? Another stoplight? Stoplights at the end of the ramps from Highway 7? If I am going to sign a petition, I'd like to know what I am signing... Thanks in advance.
