As a girl who skateboards, I want to feel safe at the park. I want to be able to skate after work at Chelsea with the lights on! Every other park has lights, why not Chelsea?

Chelsea needs lights to bridge the gap of unlit Skate Parks between Balnarring and Noble Park. The threat of anti-social behaviour is a poorly thought out and outdated excuse - Lights will only strengthen the community, and there's plenty of evidence to support that at the above listed parks.
