Raising awareness to show the council the need/demand for lights is the best way to start, from there we will aim to raise the funds needed. :)

I think with all the money the council has put into the extension of the skatepark at westburn lighting would be a great addition, I have skated there since the early nineties and would make it more usable in the winter months.

Yeah it would be good fantastic to have a late night skate, but I'll able to get longer practicing and get into skate competitions. Thanks

This is a must! Having no lighting at the park creates a danger to anyone willing to stay past daylight hours meaning the users are limited to the times that they can use the park safely.

This would be a safe and encouraging addition to the very popular skate park. By having lighting at the park in evenings it would discourage unsociable behaviour and allow a safe area for those who enjoy the space.

I skate here almost every single day/night and with the nights drawing in quicker this would make a MASSIVE difference !!
