This is just crazy that these things haven't been put into place already with the amount of kids who walk those streets.

I love on Modesto St, and it is quite dangerous to cross. A signal light would be a great safety measure.

A lighted crosswalk is needed on Lorena & Modesto (Redwood Road). A lot of kids cross there to get to school.

I've been told the official terminology for what we are asking for is Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons, the kind that are at both sides of the road that flash when someone presses a button.

I strongly support this! I have friends in the neighborhood who've seen their children injured by drivers speeding through here. CV needs to implement traffic control devices at this specific intersection.
