Please let us go home!

Stranded and savings gone

I supposed to be on a flight on June 2, 2021 with my mother who is stranded here since pandemic started but we cannot go home becoz of travel restriction in the Philippines. Our plane ticket is very expensive and yet I bought it so i can bring my mom home who is not yet vaccinated. She is only on tourist visa here. We tried also to apply for repatriation or chartered flight but sad we we are not listed among the flights. Some travel agencies also here are taking advantage of Filipinos like us who are desperate to go home, they are asking 4800 AED for a chartered flight but they are just keep on telling you to wait until you are listed on the flight and some of them are taking 20% of the total amount you paid when you cancelled. This are only some of the senarios happening here in UAE and the victims are mostly are those who are cancelled visa and those who wants to take vacations. We are losing hope already. Please lift the ban so we can go home with our families and for my mom to get her dose of vaccine since here in the UAE they are not giving vaccine to those on visit visa. It is our right to go home to our country. #lifttheban

It’s been a while ,waiting for the ban to be lifted, the Philippine Government keeps extending it. The main problem here is the mismanagement of the crisis. I hope this stupidity will stop and allow us to go bsck to our own country! We are not even getting support from the government with this struggle

We have the rights to go home! We almost all filipinos in UAE are safe and already vaccinated! 14 days quarantine is fine just please let us go home and end this travel ban.

Please lift the UAE Ban. I am tourist in the country and I cant go home.

We Filipinos citizens have the rights to come home to our own country and without any difficulties in traveling.

Many Filipinos are already suffering. Their needs are not being met already due to financial lacking.

I don't have job since 1st April and my flights were cancelled 4 times. After those several cancellations flight cost is more than double.

Need to go home, end of contract.

TheY should Quarantine the arriving passengers and not impose a total ban on arrivals from UAE. Most people if not all coming from UAE have already been vaccinated! This is a stupid policy!
