Supporters of Heart of Midlothian FC demand that Ann Budge immediately lift the ban imposed on life long Hearts fan, David Pugh. This was a case that should never have made court which is why the judge threw it out of court. To impose a life ban of home AND away games on a life long Jambo and season ticket holder for shouting something at a football player is malicious and spiteful.

Ann Budge has gone too far in her war on Hearts fans. Ann Budge must lift the ban and reflect upon how she is alienating herself from the fan base. If she cannot stop herself doing this then she will have to go.

Very harsh decision.have a rethink hearts. Have him help out for a few hours helping out with big hearts.or some work with the foundation of hearts at one of the plot ceremonies.that would make more sense.
Ann Budge has done a great job for The Hearts but she must never forget we are first and foremost a football club.I just wish she was as vocal against celtic as she appears to be towards our supporters
This is typical of the disproportionate punishments inflicted on football fans. It seems "Passion in the moment" is fine amd forgivable on the pitch. Yet life damaging on the terraces.
While I can accept we need to get a grip on certain things this seems to be way over the top. As has already been said, thrown out by a judge even tho it came about as a result of a law specifically targeting football fans.
David Pugh is a great guy and life long fan av worked with davie and always having a laugh with the football, im a Rangers fan but no need to be banned for being passionate about your team, good luck with petition.
1500 Celtic fans singing praise for the IRA and not a thing said about it , where is the consistency .Throw away remark and a life ban for one of our own supporters , ridiculous decision
You have now went to far budge and it's time for you to quit I couldn't care what you've done for the club or how long you've supported hearts you are putting yourself in danger of being attacked so go now while the going is good.

Lifetime ban for 1 comment is not acceptable, especially when the courts saw no reason to punish him. Hearts fans are the lifeblood of the club and we canny continue to have people getting banned
