Severe punishments must be given or a law must be passed whereby permission is givento a Doctor to do surgery on their private parts whereby they will never be able to have sex again
They should not be given parole either....life means life, after all, they destroyed a poor innocent child's life.

Agreed Hassan, but perhaps in knowing that their name will make a registered list, everyone will know who they are, they might be much more hesitant to freely do the stuff they do? history here shows they get away with it and remain unknown.... so maybe this needs to change, then yeah they'll get to watch their backs like we have to do with our children. that's my opinion. i would rather know who they are so i can protect my child, not to start a hate campaign :/
