The purpose of this petition is to request the release of fundamental and critical information about the status of the condition of our home and the establishment of a reasonable, reliable and timely stream of information throughout the rest of our restoration process. To begin this process, we request the following information: 1. Cost Estimates to repair damage to the building, or status of such cost estimates. 2. Cost Estimates to repair the grounds or status of such estimates. 3. Responsibility of the condominium association to repair & restore any residential unit if any. 4. Cost Estimate to repair residential units, or status of such cost estimates. 5. Status of removal of water damage improvements. 6. Current condition of base building electrical system and status of required repairs. 7. Current condition of base building HVAC system and status of required repairs. 8. Current condition of base building plumbing system and status of required repairs. 9. Current condition of base building Elevator system and status of required repairs. 10. Current condition of base building telecommunication system and status of required repairs. 11. Current condition of base building sanitary system and status of required repairs. 12. Current condition of base building drainage system and status of required repairs. 13. Current condition of base building façade/roof system and status of required repairs. 14. Current condition of base building fire alarm system and status of required repairs. 15. Any account balances for all building cash, working capital, and reserve accounts as of December 31, 2012. 16. Summary and or List of All open payables from 12/31/12 through the most recent date available. 17. Summary and or List of All open receivables from 12/31/12 through the most recent date available. 18. Description, to the board best knowledge, of the insurance coverage at the time of loss as a result of hurricane sandy. 19. Description, to the board best knowledge, of the un-insurance losses at the time of loss as a result of hurricane sandy. 20. Description of Co-Insurance requirements or elevated deductable in connection with the losses sustained as a result of hurricane sandy. In addition, we the unit owners, respectfully request that the board organize the following: 1. Establishment of a regular schedule of communication on the status of repairs to the building. The frequency of communication shall not be less than 1 every 4 weeks. 2. The scheduling of a comprehensive site inspection open to all unit owners prior to March 15, 2013. We sincerely appreciate the board’s effort and understand the enormous burden each member has taken on in leading the restoration of our community.
