We want to be able to sit with our friends in the library. As small groups we DO NOT make too much noise for the library. The whole library as creates the noise not just individuals. This is problematic because a few people can be singled out and thrown out of groups and usually they are not the problem. Thus we should be allowed to sit together in larger groups since the rule against it has not changed the noise level since it has been implemented.
