نعلن ما يلي :

اولاً :

ان بلادنا اعز واغلي واجمل من ان يتم اختطافها علناً من قِبَل مليشيات ارهابية جنجويدية الجذور والممارسات يقودها مجرم حرب شبه أمِّي .

ان قوات ما يسمي بالدعم السريع ليست سوي عصابة من الارهابيين استولت علي السلطة عن طريق الابتزاز بقوة السلاح مستغلِّةً حرص المدنيين علي دماء الثوار السلميين لكنها لم تتواني برغم ادعائها الكاذب الانحياز للثورة عن ارتكاب ابشع جرائم العصر المتمثلة في مجزرة فض الاعتصام السلمي للثوار امام بوابات القيادة العامة للجيش السوداني الذي شاركت قيادة الجنجويد في وضع وتنفيذ الخطة الدموية لفضه في العاصمة وبقية المدن في فجر ونهار الثالث من يونيو ٢٠١٩.

ان اعترافات المجلس العسكري وقائد الجنجويد بكل ذلك موثقة بالصوت والصورة وعلي رؤوس الاشهاد .

ثانياَ :

ان انتهاكات المكون العسكري في مجلس السيادة (وهو ذاته المجلس العسكري الانتقالي الذي هو نفسه لجنة المخلوع عمر البشير الامنية )

ان انتهاكات هذا المكون العسكري لوثيقة الشراكة الدستورية مع المدنيين لا تحصي ولا تعد .

ان من بين تلك الانتهاكات علي سبيل المثال لا الحصر :

*تجاوز المجلس لدوره التشريفي

*تكوينه لمجلس السلام (وتخصيص رئاسته لقائد الجنجويد) وسلب مجلس الوزراء من حقه المنصوص عليه دستوريا في الاشراف علي ملف السلام .

*قيام رئيس مجلس السيادة منفردا ومن وراء ظهر الشعب السوداني باتخاذ ما ليس مخولاَ له وفي قضايا لا يحق لغير سلطة منتخبة وبرلمان منتخب ان يفصلان فيها .

*التعطيل المتعمد لقيام المجلس التشريعي المنصوص عليه في الوثيقة الدستورية .

*اعطاء اتفاقية جوبا حق السيادة علي نصوص الوثيقة الدستورية بل وتعديل تلك الوثيقة في مخالفة واضحة لنصوصها التي لا تعطي الحق في اي تعديل عليها الا للمجلس التشريعي.

اننا الموقعون ادناه نعتبر ذلك انقلاباً كاملا علي دستور الفترة الانتقالية يحق لنا مقاومته وهزيمته واننا لفاعلون .

ان هذا الانقلاب علي ارادة الشعب السوداني تقوده ويا للعار مليشيات ارهابية يقودها ويا للخزي افرادٌ شبه اميين لا يستطيع الواحد منهم قراءة سطر واحد وبرغم ذلك تم تنصيب احدهما في رتبة الفريق اول (يا للعار ) والاخر في رتبة الفريق (يا للخزي ) بل واصبح الاخيرمديرا لاحدي الجامعات السودانية (يا للمسخرة )

ان السودان الان محكوم بانقلاب تنفذه مليشيات الجنجويد ليس فقط علي الوطن ولكن قبل ذلك علي الجيش السوداني الذي باعت قيادته شرف العسكرية السودانية لعصابة الجنجويد ويا للعار والخزي والمساخر كلها معاَ .

ثالثا :

ان من شواهد انقلاب العسكو جنجويد علي الحقوق المدنية الاساسية للمواطنين المسالمين في بلادنا هو قيام عصابة الجنجويد التي تسمي نفسها قوات الدعم السريع باختطاف المواطنين مستخدمين سيارات بدون لوحات او ارقام يمتطيها مسلحون بازياء مدنية ثم احتجاز المختَطفين وتعذيبهم حتي الموت في اقبية ومعتقلات داخل مقرات الجنجويد.

لقد حدث ذلك في حق المواطن بهاء الدين نوري بتاريخ السادس عشر من شهر ديسمبر ٢٠٢٠ .

اننا نعتقد ان ذلك يمثل ممارسة منهجية تقوم بها عصابات الجنجويد التي تم انشاوها في عهد نظام الديكتاتور عمر البشير جنبا الي جنب بقية الاجهزة القمعية لذلك النظام الارهابي الذي ما زالت عناصره في الشرطة تواصل تعذيب المواطنين حتي الموت كما حدث منذ ايام قلائل في حق المواطن عز الدين حامد .

ان ذلك يدل علي استيلاء عصابات الجنجويد علي دور و سلطات الشرطة كما استولت سابقا علي دور ومكانة الجيش.

وهنالك ايضا ما يدل علي وجود ارهابيوا اجهزة نظام الديكتاتور البشير داخل منظومات الشرطة وغيرها من القوات النظامية .

ان هاتين الجريمتين هما الاخيرتان في سلسلة متصلة من الجرائم الدموية ترتكبها بنسقِ ممنهج هذه العصابات وليس ببعيد عن الاذهان اكتشاف مقبرة جماعية غرب امدرمان تضم مئات الجثث تشير الدلائل الاولية المعلنة الي انها تعود لمفقودي مجزرة فض الاعتصام .

ان السلطات في بلادنا لم تباشر اي اجراءات جدِّية ازاء تلك الجرائم والنتهاكات المنهجية لحقوق المواطنين المسالمين التي وصلت بشاعتها لحد الاختطاف والتعذيب بل و القتل خارج سلطة القضاء بل وخارج اي سلطة من اي نوع .

ان كل تلك الوقائع المشينة تؤكد صحة قولنا بان بلادنا العزيزة يسيطر عليها الان انقلاب دموي تنفذه عصابات الجنجويد التي تسمي نفسها قوات الدعم السريع متحالفة مع قيادة الجيش الخائنة للوطن وشرف المهنة وقسم الدفاع عن المواطنين.

رابعا واخيرا :

اننا الموقعون ادناه نعلن اننا سوف نستعيد بلادنا الغالية من قبضة انقلاب الجنجويد وحلفائهم من العسكر وبقايا نظام الكيزان المندحر سائرين بعزيمة الثوار وعزم الشرفاء علي خطي الشهداء علي طريق ثورة ديسمبر المجيدة.

ان ثورتنا مستمرة ومنتصرة .

اننا نناشد الثوار الاحرار داخل وخارح الوطن ان يستعيدوا وحدتهم الغلاَّبة وليكن توقيعكم علي هذا النداء خطوةً اخري نخطوها معاً علي طريق الثورة المجيدة وشهداها الابطال .

اننا نناشد احرار العالم ,رجالا ونساء التضامن مع ثورة ديسمبر وهي تصعد من جديد جدار التاريخ وتلحق الهزيمة بالانقلاب العسكوالجنجويدي الغاشم ,المجرم البغيض .

اننا نؤمن بشعبنا المسالم المناضل العظيم

واننا لمنتصرون

We the undersigned,

The free men and women of Sudan,

Declare and commit ourselves to the following,

Sorrowful but never despondent

It is hurtful to see our beloved country being blatantly hijacked by the terrorist Janjaweed militia which developed from a small gangster group under the leadership of a semi-illiterate war criminal.

The so-called Rapid Support Forces are a mere terrorist group who seized power by force of arms, taking advantage of the protestors’ rock-solid belief in peaceful actions and a tenacious commitment to protect the lives of all demonstrators. They brutally attacked and savaged the civilians in the peaceful sit-in causing the most tragic and unforgettable massacre in the history of the country. They did not only participate in masterminding the murderous crackdown plan, but they also constituted a large part of the forces which dispersed the sit-in protest near the army headquarters in the early hours of June 3, 2019.

Neither the military leaders nor the Janjaweed denied the occurrence of violations during the vicious and brutal crackdown and their acknowledgement is well documented in authentic videos.

In the face of an evident coup d'état

It comes as no surprise that the military personnel in the Sovereign Council continue their crimes as they were also the members of the Transitional Military Council whose members had served in deposed Omar al-Bashir's Security Committee. These military leaders unashamedly insist on misusing the power bestowed upon the Sovereign Council by the Constitutional Declaration Document. Here are some of their atrocities:

* They persistently perform actions that unmistakably go beyond the unambiguously stated honorary role of the Sovereign Council in the Constitutional Declaration

* In a deliberate violation of the Constitutional Declaration, they formed a Peace Council under the leadership of the Janjaweed commander causing an obvious obstruction to the Council of Ministers’ constitutional obligation to lead and oversea the peace process.

* The Chairman of the Sovereign Council, Lieutenant General Alburhan, has often been engaged in actions and procedures that require a public mandate which only an elected parliament can have.

* Th military leaders are consciously and continuously obstructing, through many procrastinations, the establishment of the Legislative Council stipulated in the Constitutional Declaration Document

* They accepted to give Juba Peace Agreement precedence over the Constitutional Declaration Document to the extent that the Declaration be modified to be consistent with the agreement despite the stipulation that the provisions of Declaration are only subject to change by the Legislative Council.

We, the undersigned, consider this an evident and obvious coup against the constitution of the transitional period.

* They persistently perform actions that unmistakably go beyond the mandate of the Sovereign Council stipulated in the Constitutional Declaration

We, the undersigned, consider this an evident coup against the constitution of the Transitional Period and we have the right to resist it and we are determined to defeat it. The coup is led by terrorist Janjaweed militia under the command of illiterate leaders who randomly assigned high military ranks to themselves. Surprisingly, one of those illiterate leaders has been appointed as the chairman of the council of one of the Sudanese universities! This coup by the Janjaweed militia has not only seized power from the Sudanese people but also from the Sudanese Armed forces and unfortunately the commanders of the armed forces have betrayed the honorable and solemn oath of the military and unashamedly succumbed to a disgraceful and dishonorable defeat.

The deposed al-Bashir's repressive apparatus in action!

The Janjaweed militia have been confirming time and again that they are in control of the country by continuing roaming the Sudan capital, Khartoum, in civilian clothes riding cars with no license neither number plates to kidnap, torture, kill, and take peaceful civilians to prolonged detention in detention camps. Some of these torture and detention camps are inside the militia’s headquarters.

Recently an innocent civilian, Bahaa El Din Nuri, was tortured and killed in these camps. Another innocent civilian, Izz al-Din Hamed, was tortured and killed by the police force. In addition, a mass grave has been discovered and initial evidence points out that it contains the dead bodies of the civilians who were killed and listed as “lost” consequent to the brutal dispersion of the sit-in protest near the military command headquarters. Unfortunately, the authorities have not yet taken any serious legal measures against these crimes and the systematic violations of the basic human rights of the peaceful citizens. The atrocities have gone beyond any conceivable limit including targeted and random killing, abduction, and illegal detention[DMOAA1] . This indicates beyond doubt the continuation of the repressive practice of the despotic apparatus which comprises the Janjaweed militia and the police force established by the dictator Omer al-Bashir and his ousted regime.

All this confirms that our dear country is now controlled by a bloody coup carried out by Janjaweed gangs in alliance with the traitorous army leadership who perpetually betray the solemn oath of the Sudanese armed forces to honourably defend the land and the lives of the Sudanese people.

Pertinacious to cleanse our dear country from the defiled hands of the Janjaweed milia

We, the undersigned, declare that we will recuperate our dear country from the grip of the Janjaweed, their military allies, and the remnants of the defeated Moslem brotherhood regime. We are committed and energized by the resolve of the peaceful protestors and the determination of the honourable Sudanese citizens following the footsteps of the martyrs on the path of the glorious December protest.

We appeal to all Sudanese citizens inside and outside the homeland to restore their undefeatable unity.

Your signature on this call is a step forward that we take together to victory.

We also appeal to the free people of the world, men and women, to show solidarity with Sudanese December protest in its resurgence to write another chapter in the human struggle for peace and dignity by removing the brutal Janjaweed militias and the Moslem Brotherhood secret agents in the security and intelligence forces from our country which they defiled and desecrated with bloodshed and atrocities.

We believe in our noble, resolute, self-sacrificing, and steadfast people.
