The LGBTQ+ community has gone through centuries of discrimination and violence against them.They do not have the same rights and privileges as heterosexuals, even after all the marches and protection laws. The LGBTQ+ community still does not have equal opportunity in some states. In Tennessee, there are no protections against employment discrimination, housing discrimination and they are banned from donating blood. There are exemptions for the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) making it even easier to discriminate. People are hiding behind those exemptions and abusing the act. The act made the LGBTQ+ community more subjectable to being discriminated against. Please sign my petition to help modify these exemptions to protect the LGBT community but not to get rid of religious freedom.

Very well written argument, as a member of lgbtq+ community myself I support this and think its unfair we dont have the same rights in every state.
