I may not currently live there but I have family and thinks it's a disgrace that people can't post signs but some crazy person that lives by the hospital can post whatever they want

People here have it wrong. If the Sign Lady is the one who sued the city, she did not cause the Garage Sale Sign ban. The city told Sign Lady to take down her political signs. Then she sued to keep them. LF OWN lawyers told City Hall, 'If you want to make Sign Lady take her signs down, you can't have the garage sale signs' bla bla bla. It has to do with restrictions and content and a bunch of other US Supreme Court decitiohns. Read the court papers. Dry but its there. So the CITY made ALL THE CITIZENS take our signs down just to be sure Sign Lady could not have hers. You know what? BLoomington has 80000 people and they have had NO LIMIT on political signs for 30+ years. Guess what? NO PROBLEMS. All the reasons for LF sign ban boil down to not wanting Sign Lady to have hers. I think everyone should be able to have whatever they want on THEIR property. I'll put up with bright Xmas lights on my neighbors yard for a few weeks. So what? And if Sign Lady wants a yard full of nutty pol signs, I just don't look when I drive past her place by the hospital.

I think the sign ordinance is absolutly rediculous! I had never heard of anything like it in my entire life untill I moved here in July 2014. End it now!

I live in Sartell now, but I was born and raised in Littlle Falls. I really hope this ordinance is overturned because it is not right.

That's the most stupid thing I've seen...CARS WITH GARAGE SALE SIGNS ON THEM!!!! I couldn't agree more, making that guy take down his holiday decoration?! That's just not right!

My family hasn't had a garage sale since the sign ordnance came about. I also am appalled that on your own property you can only have a max of 2 signs, REALLY?!?! Because until you pay the Morgage and property tax then you can tell me what to do. And Christmas lights, I remember as a kid driving around looking at all the beautiful lights that people would put out. Now they can't and kids aren't able to see it because of this sign ordinance.......STUPID

Just goes to show how ONE voice can make a difference. But at what cost, to show how ridiculous LF is?? I work here, my family visits here. This is an embarassment to my community. Make it stop.
