We're unable to attend the Lexington County Council hearing on July 28, 2014 but wish to express our support for the passage of the Neighborhood Appearance District ordinance. We are very concerned with the increasing decline of our neighborhoods and we need your assistance in helping keep our neighborhoods attractive, safe and our investment strong in Lexington County. its about time someone did something. so tired of looking at junk cars and overgrown lots when i drive home from work. just want our property values to stay up
