put and end to this filthy, disgusting BLOOD 'sport' - we are meant to be a civilised society and the majority of good 'normal' people are against this barbaric pastime.

Why cause so much disruption for an illegal activity?

Most of us have seen illegal fox hunting under the very flimsy guise of drag hunting. Please do not give hunts your tacit support.

Stop supporting cruelty & start supporting the overwhelming majority of your population opposed to this vile 'sport'

The council cannot be seen encouraging the Hunt to meet in a public place. We all know that they say they are trail hunting but the overwhelming evidence shows different with all the hunts. It is a very cruel blood sport and has been banned. It is illegal to hunt foxes.

this is the 21st century and privileged people (if you're on tax credits it's unlikely you're keeping a stable of horses) wearing silly red coats are still strutting about. Lewes council please come join the majority of us in the 21st century - it's likely more fun than the 19th.

Disgusting that a public road is closed so that a few bloodthirsty idiots on horseback can show their disrespect for 80% of the population.

Supporting foxhunting is supporting cruelty and is unethical in this day and age. Please do not support it. This activity should be consigned to the history books reflrcting times when people had no compassion for animals and wildlife.
