Why would you even contemplate closing the High Street for the passage of a BARBARIC event - which I might remind you is ILLEGAL in the way this hunt operates.
If this closure goes ahead, I shall NEVER spend money in your town again, and I will certainly NOT spend holidays in your area.
Shame on your Lewes Council if you allow this closure!

Fox hunting is barbaric, disgusting and belongs in history along with burning witches at the stake and keel hauling. It has to stop! We live in a modern, sophisticated world where cruel, savage activities like hunting foxes and other animals have no part to play.
