That poor cat in Mackay breaks my heart. What kind of sick person does that to a living thing? Lock them up and throw away the key.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. jail is to good for them.

27 times?? People like that are dangerous to society. Laws need to change now. Justice for these animals.
