I have been shooting from 8 years of age im 26 now i own a 3030 lever action and i dont want it re classified it is a good all round rifle, this new law with trying to be under a reclassification is just stuiped how many people have been killed by a lever action? I think none

Sickened by the baseless renewed gun grab push. Banning 130 year old technology because our 19 year old laws are "out of date" makes zero sense and seriously impacts many Australian sports shooters and primary producers.

Please do not remove rights for LAFO for the actions of a criminal. Criminals will not care if you impose these ludicrous restrictions as they will still obtain their unregistered firearms illegally. Plus, why try and link the Sydney Seige with a lever action? They have nothing to do with each other.

Reclassification/banning firearms has minimal if ANY affect on criminal behaviour! Doing so is irrational
