Please consider hiring a GM outside the organization. Since our last super bowl win, this organization has not performed well due to internal development of personnel and hiring people with “experience” that in fact have not kept up with the evolution of today’s game. Please consider hiring Louis Riddick or Ed Dodd’s. These two men are at the top of their game and would be an asset to the organization. I have not attended a game in 2 years due to the horrible play and worse coaching.

We are a disaster..... We need big time changes going forward.... I’m a fan over 60 years....This reminds me of the 70s..... First put a suitable coaching staff in place that can teach this young talent. Fill some holes in free agency. Take the best talent available in the draft.........
