As an EFL, it really helps me a lot, I learned that teaching by heart is very important and it molds me as an invididual.

We are grateful for platforms like 51Talk, which helped us better understand Chinese culture and form deep friendships with Chinese children and their parents. We owe our health and safety to the Chinese government who donated vaccines & medical supply which protected most Filipinos.

Please consider the relation we'd built from our students. I am going to miss my students a lot. Let them learn with us because we already treasured their presence in our heart.

Many Filipino teachers are eager to express how they love teaching your children in China. We are humbly asking you not to hinder us from letting your children and their parents to have classes with us. We don't treat them simply as our students, but we have grown to love them overtime. We are hoping that you will give us the opportunity to continue sharing our knowledge in the English language with them.

During this time I have been struggling to apply for work. Gladly, I was launched as a 51talk teacher just recently and it helped me and my family a lot. Hearing the news makes me sad and afraid of losing my job as it has been my source of living.

I became part of 51talk since the start of the pandemic and this has been my family's bread and butter. I hope you'll consider the Philippines since there were lots of Filipino teachers who are very dedicated to teaching Chinese kids. There will be more Filipinos who will become jobless. Please consider us! Thank you.

This ESL company has helped me a lot: providing my family needs before and during this pandemic, having a good college education (tuition), studies of my younger sister and so on. I wish to have this company continue blessing other people in Philippine industry. Thank you so much! God bless❤️

Good day Honorable Huang Xilian, I am one of the Center Owners of 51talk. I humbly asking for reconsideration of your decision in banning foreign teachers in China. We currently have 50 teachers in the center, they rely their financial income thru 51talk as this is the only work that’s accessible specially in in today’s situation. You have touched and helped the lives of many Filipinos, including ours, specially this trying time (pandemic), this is their bread and butter. We can’t afford to lose their jobs as an English Secondary Language Teachers. We are looking forward and hoping for a positive response and a change of mind. Thank you.
