please don't shut down ESL business because this is our only source of income.

Please help all the Filipino ESL teachers in this trying times. We can not afford to lose our jobs.

I hope you will hear us especially teachers like me that only teaching is our bread and butter.

Please do not take away our job. For me this is the only source of income I have since the pandemic started. I am very lucky to be in 51talk and be able to teach Chinese students. I am very sincere and I love all my students. Please do not take away our job. Through 51talk we were able to feed our families, buy things we needed everyday, pay bills and save money. Other than that, It is not assured that we can secure jobs outside 51talk during this time of pandemic. Please hear our plea. We need your kind understanding. Thank you.

We, Filipino teachers, are grateful for allowing us to teach young and adult Chinese students. We learned a lot about them, especially the Chinese culture. Please don't take away this opportunity for us to continue teaching our dear students.

ESL teaching helped me financially and emotionally. By meeting the needs of my family, especially during this pandemic, many people are struggling to find work and provide the necessities for daily life. ESL teaching helped me overcome many things, and it helped to strengthen my self-confidence.

I have many students who have shown dramatic improvements in their English conversation, reading and pronunciation. I believe mastering English language could greatly help themselves and their nation as whole in the long run. Thank you
