Due to the fact that the NH Legislature was unable (or unwilling) to provide adequate safeguards against future abuses of the Governor's "Emergency Powers", AND due to the probability of the Governor again relying upon the same "Emergency Powers" with regards to the anticipated forthcoming "Delta" and "Lambda" variants, this letter will remain open for signatures for the foreseeable future to insure that it is publicly stated that such behavior was unacceptable in 2020-2021, and remains unacceptable in the future.

The overreaction by power hungry governors, and pseudoscientists such as the fraud Fauci to this virus in which most of the population will barely be effected is destroying lives. It has caused people to lose critical thinking skills and develop mental illness due to unwarranted fear mongering. Ive watched my two young nephews decline into depression, anxiety and overall misery due to the horrible policy in schools... while they are in no danger, and spread without symptom has been proven not to exist in any significance. I personally have not been able to see my son who is 9 months old since October... and reason being that it is not "safe" to meet in person. To see him Im being faced with the demand that I wear an n95 mask, and cannot remove his face shield. He is 9 MONTH OLD! This is child abuse... set on by the dangerous irrational policies enacted by Gov Sununu that have quite literally caused people to lose their minds. The insanity must stop! The little emperor must be stripped of his powers.
