For most doctors Peter C. Gøtzsche is "the" Cochrane Collaboration, and "the" Nordic Center of the Cochrane. That is, his figure represents both the general work of the Cochrane Collaboration and that of the Copenhagen Center. There is no other name that represents in the world such a model of scientific honesty. His works have given prestige to Denmark and its science. Peter C. Gøtzsche is a Danish physician, medical researcher, and former leader of the Nordic Cochrane Center at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen, Denmark. He co-founded, and has written numerous reviews within the Cochrane collaboration. We need him as a leader in the field of Evidence Based Medicine.
