The student services office is a total nightmare. I spent three hours last week waiting just to get a single document signed . Nobody knows anything and they keep sending you to a different building every time . Fix the system please

The most noticeable point is how our university acts on social media in a way making people think it is the best university in Turkey in terms of having an experience full of enjoyable education. In addition, there is no parking!! It is out of logic when you see a university does not offers a place for cars. Moreover, the north campus is not designed for studying and there is not any social university life because of its design which is directed for officing usag. Last thing, there is something really weird. University like BAU which has a strong name in Turkey, I think they should take care of how their facilities look. Everything is old and exhaustible!

Ways, methods, and techniques used in teaching should be reviewed, rewritten, and reorganized.
The online system is one of the worst I ever saw.
Communication between the university, the teachers, and the students should be reorganized.
There should be as much activities for international students as for Turkish students.

One more thing , This is a private university It has a good reputation around Turkey and around the world but this is only rumor, The stuff is too old ,Cheers , The ground , Even the elevators are too small
And the most important thing is that there is no cars parking can you imagine how a university does not have cars parking Beşiktaş is an crowded area and there is no parking at all !!! We as a students Request The University to provide cars parking as soon as possible .
They are not trying to improve the quality of the University they are just working in the social media

I think we deserve something better than this . I'm the first student in my department with 3.78 gpa and I'm not satisfied with the education system of the university, I think together we should improve it but before that you as administration should admit that there is a problem!

also , we need to stop those lecturers from explaining most of their lectures in turkish only . this is an international university , not a turkish only university . it is undair for other foreigners who don't understand academic turkish , while the subject is supposed to be taught in English .
