I support a sanctuary CSU system, particularly in the Fresno and Bakersfield campuses, given that unlike the Bay Area and Southern CA regions, there are no sanctuary cities in the San Joaquin Valley. The CSU campuses can fill this tremendous void.

I support a sanctuary CSU system, particularly in the Fresno and Bakersfield campuses, given that unlike the Bay Area and Southern CA regions, there are no sanctuary cities in the San Joaquin Valley. The CSU campuses can fill this tremendous void.
