We are all so very proud of the amazing accomplishment of Dalilah winning an Olympic Gold Medal in the 400m hurdles at the 2016 Rio Olympics. This was her first Olympic berth and she will go down in the history books as the first American woman to win gold in this event. Let's join together and petition for a celebratory parade to welcome home our champion!!

I don't understand why there's a discussion about this. She made history AND she's a hometown girl from Queens. Are you kidding me?? Why has she not had any celebrations in THE AREA WHERE SHE COMES FROM? A parade for an Olympic champion should not be debatable. GIVE HER THE CELEBRATION SHE DESERVES!!
I had the pleasure of training with her when I was in my freshman year at USC and she was a senior. She was a team captain, welcoming and really cared about all of the athletes on the team. Although she might be reserved she really has a heart of gold.
I so proud of this young lady and her family. She has always been a hard worker and a great person overall. I am proud to be one of her coaches around the way to her success. Thumbs up to her current coach! Great team work and coaching!!!
Hey there, I met you at trials standing in front of the stage watching the short hurdlers receive their medals, I told you the next day it was your turn. I guess God saw that you deserved to win the trials and the Olympics. Keep shining bright and smiling as your journey to greatness is already in motion. Continued Blessings & Humility wins every time..
I grew up running track with her... i think shes become an inspiration and motivation to everybody in our little community. Especially to the young Novas Track Stars coming up now. Shes their hero!!
NYC fell asleep on her Gold accomplishment...As an AA woman she deserves her recognition for a job well done..Her hard work deserves the Key to NYC..
Job well done
