Richard Berry has been known for pushing for a police state policy along with others in office, recenlty Richard Berry has opt out Marijuana decriminalization again... If we only had a new younger Mayor in office we can push forward and maybe follow our neighbor state "Colorado". Which has made 700 million in sales and 13.6 million in school funding and still climbing... This Petition is a start to show that Albuquerque can be a great profitable city... Richard Berry is happy with small misdomeenor crimes which the tax payers pay for to incarcerate 2013 tax payers paid 51 billion... We already know that marijuana has great value towards the medical field and if we follow Colorado it can better New Mexico giving it a surplus and room to grow. Lets get rid of the old minded Government and in with the young and new Government...
