Extend ferry services around malta is a great idea to reduce traffic on the road

It is a no brainer. I live in Birgu and already catch a ferry to Valletta and would happily avoid the roads if there was one to Sliema, The ferry should be reinstated again also from Senglea and Kalkara too. The ferry to Valletta also needs to operate in the night too.
