In the year since it has opened, the new Theatre Centre space has proven to be a vital cultural institution in the West Queen West neighbourhood. The change in designation of its Green Roof from terrace to patio will only enhance the use of the building, and pose no detriment to the neighbourhood. I urge you to support Theatre Centre's request for a change in designation.

as a music composer and sound designer who works so much in theatre, this space would be a simply wonderful space to meet with colleagues, hang out and get to meet new artists. This would be immense to our community, the neighbourhood and everyone else.

The theatre centre is such a positive, vibrant member of the Queen west community. I think the green roof will only enrich their presence and make the neighbourhood a more pleasant place for locals and guests alike.

the theatre centre is such a key part of an otherwise fast-commercializing neighbourhood. they will be SUCH a respectful neighbour! also - having an open space populated by the artists and arts patrons that frequent the theatre will add such colour and depth to the neighbourhood. this is so much more important in city building than most patios. PLEASE let them proceed!

the theatre centre is such a key part of an otherwise fast-commercializing neighbourhood. they will be SUCH a respectful neighbour! also - having an open space populated by the artists and arts patrons that frequent the theatre will add such colour and depth to the neighbourhood. this is so much more important in city building than most patios.
