I am opposed to constant noise and also the profiting of helicopter companies at the expense of residents, some of whom have endured terrible losses.

Fly over and stay over the ocean. The view is great from there. Have some respect and compassion for the residents dealing with disaster and loss.

Is the constant helicopter noise EVER going to STOP?
I am practically dead as it is. This constant noise has definitely impacted what little ability of hearing I have left!
My wife has to scream at me to ask a question or tell me something. I can't hear our TV when the helicopters are constantly flying above our home. There are two or three circling our home as I type.
For the Love of Mankind... Make the noise STOP!!! We NEVER would have purchase a home here if we were told we would have to endure helicopters hovering above our subdivision from 6am until we go to bed each night! This CAN'T possibly be LEGAL!!!

STOP the Helicopter Noise!!!
It is driving me CRAZY!!!
I can't think! My head is spinning as fast as their blades! The smoke, Pele Hair, cinders, acrid rain, and devastation in our community is unavoidable. However, we don't need to be forced to listen to the incessant, loud noise of helicopter touring all day, 7 days/week!!! PLEASE! Out of respect for those of us who have already suffered SO, SO Much, make the helicopters GO AWAY!!! (Either that, OR, have them buy us out of our 7 properties we purchased for outpr family in Leilani, to be surrounded by peace and tranquility in our quiet, rain forest!

I live in upper Wainaku on Kaiwiki Rd. in Hilo. I am sick and tired of all of the helicopters that fly over my house constantly every day. Spend some of those huge tax free profits on a little extra fuel and fly out over the ocean, not over our neighborhoods and homes.

The noise polluting our neighborhood is horrible. It goes on every day, all day long. Too many helicopters buzzing our homes. And most also flying way too low. This must stop. It's beyond an invasion of privacy.

Trying to sleep after 0530 in the morning is pointless. I feel like I live at an airport. This needs to have some regulations to protect the public.

Please respect the fact that these people in Leilani and surrounding areas have undergone life altering changes. The helicopters are an intrusion into the peace they are trying to reestablish in their lives.

Some compromise must be arrived at. This constant barrage of noise is making our already stressful existence nearly unbearable.

Astonished that these companies pay no state or excise taxes! How can that be? I am tired of the noise the choppers cause. It never stops. Who is responsible for controlling these companies? Nobody??

Bad Realtors thaAt did not tell the whole situation with what Lava zone 1 really means. My Realtor did not disclose so many things when I paid 300,0000 dollars for a nice home, without realizing the true dangers we would have to deal with.
