Make the water bills fair, during the Summer months we are paying up to $700 water bills for trying to keep the grass looking nice, keeping up property value and we get fined by the HOA for neglecting our lawns.

I live in Plainfield and was surprised to find out that I have to pay for irrigation water double . This is very unfair I my opinion and forces me to leave the lawn dry during drought period of summer.
