Let’s Make the Browns Hill Rd / 191 Intersection Safe

In addition to this the current detour thru Anslomink is full of pot holes requiring immediate attention since they’re huge!

Very dangerous intersection

In agreement to this petition we also need to petition to have ANOTHER WAY OFF this montain (only one way in and one way out) is a safety concern if there is ever a road closure issue (ex. Tree down etc.)

We agree, the intersection is being more of a safety concern.

We need a traffic light or three way stop signs at this intersection.

May 21 year old was hit by a driver going fast and on there phone

Horrible blind intersection! Cars driving 65 mph sometimes. When heading north on 191, the right hand turn onto Brown hill Road is sharp, well over 45°. People always pass me on the left, directly into the oncoming traffic, because I practacally have to come to a stop to make the turn. If there is a driver at the stop sign on brown hill, there isn’t enough room to make the turn from 191 and clear the driver at the stop sign. That driver(at the stop sign) usually has to back up to allow clearance. This is only one of many dangers with this intersection.

This turn is very hazardous for all vehicles in the area. Clear signage should be put up in order to avoid further accidents.

Please improve signage

I’m a TimberHill resident.

On our way to a Christmas party on the 23rd there was another car wreck at this junction with citizens directing traffic and a child laying flat on their back awaiting EMT's.

Please help with this very important safety issue. Thank you.

Something needs to be done..there are constantly accidents here. It is extremely unsafe. Please take this into consideration.

Just lowering the speed limit clearly won’t do anything since no speed is monitored around here nor does anyone follow it. Proper signage and flashing lights AND lowering the speed limit would be ideal. Also, that concrete bridge railing should be eliminated so people can actually see when pulling out.

The lack of appropriate warning signs is a shame, it’s a very dark corner and also several blind spots in smaller vehicles. The fact this has to have a petition is mind blowing.

Please make this a safer intersection.
