im sure all the Wounded Warriors that take part in the surf camp every year arent considered degenerates. Those guys did so much for all of us. Gave up limbs. And seems to me by the looks on their faces that they love surfing. Get a grip and look at the big picture. Is this really the best way for you to represent the VBPD?

i too am a physician and a biochemist
in 2008, while riding a 1966 longboard, that was made before leashes were invented, i was surfing a small day a pendleton. decker apparently was blowing his whistle at me and combined with all the other whistles you hear constantly blowing, i didnt recognize that he was whistling to me. so when i came in he charged me on an atv and gave me, in addition to a surfing without a leash ticket, one for obstruction of justice. who am i richard nixon? so i had to hire a lawyer because in my profession such a charge could be deleterious to my career. so i ended being out almost 1000$ and missing a day of work because of this kook. my excuse was simple, i didnt hear you and since cars prior to the invention of seatbelts do not need to be retrofitted, why should a surfboard made before leashes were invented have to be retrofitted. anyone who knows this guy has seen him hiding behind the posts at pendleton waiting for someone to go one micrometer over the line so he can ticket them. send this kook to anger management then make him paddle out on a sponge on the next big hurricane swell
