It would be great if METZ cafe at TCMC could donate their produce and food scraps that would normally be thrown away to be composted in the TCMC Community Garden!

Coming from an education background in Environmental Biology this is something near and dear to me. I would LOVE to know that while not in my intended field of study anymore that I work for an institution that shares in my core values of sustainability and being environmentally conscious in our actions.

Let's also have larger recycling containers on the first floor and recycling containers for paper.

Styrofoam is so bad for the planet and it makes me sad to see it every day at lunch. We can definitely do better than this!
