dogs deserve a boundary free, large area where they can run and play and.. be dogs without the restraint of a leash.

I walk my dogs every day at the off leash. Would love to see the entire area as off-leash. The present site is large enough for me, but not the dogs, they love tearing around the part at full tilt.

My chocolate lab and I are at the dog park nearly daily. We both love the park and would absolutely love to see it entirely off leash!

My wife and I have recently moved to Oshawa from Yonge & Eglinton. Harmony Valley factored into our decision to purchase our home and have used it almost daily since arriving in December. This park is truly wonderful provides my family with access to public space that helps keeps us all healthy. On leash walk deeply limits the exercise our dogs receive. Please expand and protect what is, for me, a community defining feature of Oshawa.

We love this space and use it almost every day all year. We feel so fortunate to have this park and it was a big factor in our choice when purchasing a home. Thank you to the volunteers who help to make this a wonderful spot!

For the love of dogs, please designate the entire property as off leash so that our dogs can continue to exercise and meet new friends and our community can come together and share, learn and grow in this wonderful space.

I love Harmony Valley Dog Park. It's the one place that my dogs and I feel safe. It's a good walk for me as well as for my dogs. As more people get to know about Harmony, there will be more usage. It's to be expected. It's wild. Unkempt. Not groomed. No facilities. Perfect for dog walkers. Absolutely perfect. That's why more and more dog walkers are using the whole park. It's soon going to be a nightmare to police and ticket everyone that uses the park as it logically should be used. Does the City really want to spend resources going down that road? Enforcing rules that simply don't make sense? Let's get the leashes off.

There are many trails and conservation areas that can be enjoyed on leash and by the general public. Harmony Valley is the one place I can go and enjoy with my dog to go swimming and on long hikes. It's great for his stimulation and therefore promotes good behaviour.

i believe it is a great place to let the dogs get their exercise safely. I truly love how my dogs and I can go for a fabulous walk and enjoy nature as they roam around.

It's a beautiful place enjoyed by so many. The bylaw officers have much more important work to be doing, make it all off leash!

Time for the city of Oshawa for once to focus on big issues. Like the harbour. Like our over the top property taxes. Like the vacant genosh that will hinder downtown till its gone or occupied. It's a dog park. If your dog can not behave off leash do not take your dog.

I believe the whole park should be leash free.

we used to take our dog Scooter here when it was simply a conservation area and be off leash the whole time. We miss this. This doesn't mean dog who need to be on a leash still can't enjoy it. The owners needs to be responsible. All dogs off leash!
