I bring my dogs there everyday and it's been perfect for me because I broke my leg and I can't walk both of them on a leash with a broken leg

It's the only park in the city that allows off leash areas. There are 30 other parks for citizens to use. The north end of this park would be perfect for seniors (people and dogs) and the disabled who would like to give their best friend some socializing and exercise. It's also the safest part of the park during icy wintery conditions.

I have been going to this park daily for seven years and have never once had a problem with people or dogs. It would be such a proud and awesome move for Oshawa to make Harmony Park completely off leash

Go to this park all the time & have a great time with dog & always OFF-LEASH! Had not one bit of trouble OFF-LEASH ALL THE WAY!!!

There are plenty of parks, paths and fields in Oshawa that can be used for on-leash walks. Dogs need the freedom to run and explore.

Pretty straight forward. This is a rare gem and great to find it in Oshawa. Expanding so the entire place is off-leash would be amazing. Fact that it isn't right now doesn't even really make sense. I understand some residents do not enjoy this but there are many other places to walk and not many places to have your dog off leash legally.
