In full agreement on this one. It is a shame that someone this passionate and who can make games so enjoyable to watch isn't on TV. The Leafs are good again and one of the best play by play men in hockey is relegated to radio duty.

For generations we’ve followed the Leafs. No due disrespect to others however Joe knows our Leafs, Joe loves our leafs, Joe IS our Leafs. How fitting that he is the one featured whenever a Leaf milestone is reached. Why did he emcee Joghnny Bower’s memorial? Because he is the only one who knows the Leafs. Also, he praises the Leafs during play by play and adds so much to draw anyone e into listening. Other announcers should be promoting our Leafs in a greater manner. Others always talk about opposing team members and how they are due to score against the Leafs. We don’t want to hear that. We are Keaf Nation, true and strong. We need Hoe Bowen. Please bring him back.

Bring him back. Romanuk is absolutely terrible. I make sure to avoid every vendor that advertises on Leafs broadcasts on which Paul Romanuk is involved.

Joe use to be one of the best BUT he goes WAY overboard now on many calls now I say leave him where he is! I've never seen such a great play by play man go down hill so fast.

We need him back, his voice and calls are uniquely Toronto. And in an NHL where Boston get Jack Edwards, Joe Bowen’s slight Leafs bias is nothing. 1000% better than Romanuk/Hughson.
