We all know. Charles was the glue that kept things flowing. Clean. And service with a smile. And just because he had a issue. That the company he worked so hard for. For 14 years let him go. Everyone makes mistakes.
There’s not one person that comes in the Plant that don’t say. They need Charles back. And I’m sure Charles would love to be back. So let’s get him back. By signing this petition and turning it over to Lehigh it would help us. Lehigh. And our friend Charles!!

The level of support indicates significant consensus across the plant. I am currently organizing these signatures into a formal document to present to the Lehigh management team. Expect an update once the meeting with their representatives is confirmed.

Lehigh Baltimore has been a debacle since Charles was let go!! After 14 years he made a mistake as we all have made mistakes. I feel it is in the best interest of Lehigh and it’s customer’s to bring Charles back. God is the only one that can judge him.
To whom it may concern. Charles was and is a great asset to Baltimore Lehigh. He knows the plant and loads the trucks with the upmost professional ability’s and got us in and out to service Lehigh. Demands for their customers and if there was a problem he could just about fix it. Thanks for your time. So bring Charles back. Please
This place has turned into a train wreck with him gone. Should have got him help if he needed it for whatever reason may be. Now everyone is suffering because of his loss

Things sure were a lot smoother with him around.. We all have stuff happening in our life.. He deserves a 2nd chance
charles was not the only one who made a mistake. lehigh made a mistake for not valuing the 14 years of hard dedicated work charles put in. Its a shame.

Mr Charles was a huge asset to Lehigh Baltimore and ever since he was let go the entire operation has went downhill. Not only did he load us fast and get us in and out he put a load on the truck since we’re grtting paid by the ton there is no reason to be leaving there light like there doing to us now. Not only are we losing money in not getting loaded correctly we’re losing money for having to sit there for a hour or hours to get loaded. It would be at there best interest to bring Mr Charles back,
