With so many dogs in the area it would be great to see this. The added bonus is the sense of community that it would bring to people in Blackfalds

seeing taxes go up every year and more schools and playgrounds are built, but for those without kids like us all we want is a dog park! !!!

I think this is a great idea because I am sick of walking my dog on the trails and seeing all the dog crap left everywhere by irresponsible dog owners! Of course an off leash dog park is going to be full of dog crap (like the ones in Red Deer) because the world is full of irresponsible dog owners that don't feel the need to clean up after their pets! At least if there's a dog park I will be able to walk my dog on the trails without having to see it!

I usually take my buddy out of town. Dog park in town would be a really great way for everyone to socialize and our pets to get the exercise and daily activities they need
