The reason why we decided to create this petition is because we want to make our life and the other ones easer. To go to Porto, we need to travel 4 hours on a coach/train to get to Gatwick, and in fact we live at 10 minutes from Bournemouth airport. Bournemouth and Exeter airport only have periodic flies to Faro, and the next nearest airport is in Bristol and WE WANT, NEED, desperately to change that. It´s not only because Porto is a fantastic place to visit (Porto is on the first place in the ranking of the best destiny of Europe and is on third place on world ranking, on Traveller´s Choice Destiny promoted by TripAdvisor). We think that people that lives in south west, in Madeira, and in Porto surrounding areas will benefit as well.
So if you want a easer journey home, our discover and enjoy Porto, join us and sign this petition!!

I was just looking at the screen and realized how much steam this has actually picked up which is honestly wild since I still remember staring at the blank page just thinking about that miserable trek to Gatwick. It feels like everyone is finally agreeing that spending four hours on a train when we have a perfectly good runway sitting right here is just totally ridiculous.

PLEASE!! My family is in Porto and the travel time is just too much right now. We really need this flight.
Make it easy! Porto is on ranking of the best places to visit and is just there. Visit Porto flying from Bournemouth.
Would be perfect having this rota, I go there once per month...

Living in Bournemouth and having to trek all the way to Gatwick is a nightmare. This route would be a game changer for everyone around here.
