I find Paragon not user friendly and more steps are needed to complete the one task MLXchange could do. Not a great upgrade at all. I would love to go back to MLXchange!

I really liked MLXChange.... for every one step in MLX there's at least two in Paragon for the same task!

I haven't liked Paragon since it came out. I wasn't aware of Matrix & it's closeness to MLX. I don't know why we left MLX

Switching to the same system as most of Alberta makes sense as does using a product developed by the makers of MLXCHANGE, a program that has evolved.

I have struggled with the changes and continually feel lost and thwarted. Like why doesn't the pdf print all the pages. So many times I have been embarrassed with my client. I can't do anything quickly anymore and I lost all my templates. The only improvement is the client connect.
