Due to skateboarding being on the fringes of society just because of the sport they choose skaters are far more likely to be forgotten and fall into the opiate crisis. Also the fact that skateboarding is now an Olympic sport should push every town to build a skate park and hold large events. Building a good skate park now will bring in a nice cash flow from neighboring towns when skateboarding is seen across the nation as a legitimate sport and every kid wants to start skating. Building a skate park here is both morally and financially beneficial in every way.

I think there should be a skatepark in Toms River because there aren’t any around. I ride skateboards like most people down the shore. I think it would be a great location and spot.

When the incline club closed I was very upset because I never liked going to the outside skateparks that are farther away from where I live.
