Let's Build a Boathouse for our Kids and community!

I would hope this would be open to kayaks and canoes as well?

Would be a great addition for our community. Rowing people are first rate.

Haverford High school can row there, too.

These first class crew teams deserve a first class boat house in their town!!!!!

This is a great opportunity for the Township to further enhance the services and resources it offers its residents and schools and strengthen our place as one of the most attractive and wonderful places to live within the region, the Commonwealth and the entire country.

I have never actually rowed competetively , but participated in Dragonboat festivals and would love to see our township encourage local recreational use of the river. What a valuable asset to literally have in our own backyard. Residents and especially our high school crew teams should have easier access to boat house

Sent from Dingmans Ferry, but resident of Lower Merion. All our kids are through high school, but I would look forward to the chance to scull on a beautiful river again, as I used to do on the Charles River while in grad school.

If we do it well, a community boathouse would increase property values throughout the township, as it would again demonstrate that what we have here is more than a bunch of houses.
