I agree, they took away the kiddie pool when making the upgrades, and it needs to be replaced with something kid friendly. A community pool needs an area for little ones and it is unacceptable to leave it this way.

The HOA Board with the exception of Danette, have consistently been inconsistent, refused transparency, and run off most new families with people interested in volunteering. From security cameras feeding into a Board Members home unchecked, to this garbage, we have a Board that does not represent the residents. How can it when it only tacitly communicates when it's hand is forced? When we moved here we had such high hopes. There is such potential and it's being lost year after year because once you've dealt with the Board once or twice, it's not worth the effort.

I would much rather any money go towards a splash pad as opposed to rebuilding a kiddie pool.

Agreed with all comments. This has been something that has been lacking for a while. When the updates were being done, I assumed that this what was being done. Sadly it wasn't.

Without our dues going up, i'd like to see A splash pad as another water option and add value to our neighborhood outside the fenced srea for all year use.

Getting rid of the kiddie pool and putting in an above ground pool is the worst idea. Imagine a toddler trying to get out of it and tripped over the inflated edge and falling face first on the concrete. Toddlers shouldn’t need to be confined to the stairs of the main pool and making it harder for patrons to enter and exit via the stairs. A splash pad sounds like a great idea.

It’s obsurd the Hoa would even close the kiddie pool. Dumbest idea ever. Why would you do that? This isn’t a retirement community!
