My mum and dad have split up. I have to live with my dad in London because the court says so even though I don\'t want to. I want to live in Birmingham with my mum, but my dad won\'t let me even though I have asked him loads of times. My mum has spend thousands of pounds in court to try to get them to let me live in Birmingham but the judge always believes my dad not my mum and they won\'t let me go into court because I am only 9 years old. I have to wait till I am 16 until the court order runs out. I don\'t think it\'s fair that I have to wait that long. I want to live in Birmingham with my mum now! I miss my mum all the time and I am only allowed to speak to her twice a week and see her every other weekend. I want to see my mum everyday. I really, really, really, want to live with my mum!
