if child was in k-12, this would not be a problem bc child would be enrolled in new school (by law-has to attend) but this child is receiving education paid by the state/feds... and us basically being kicked out due to an address change/county... school system has or will receive $$ regardless if child there or not.. no other expenses are incurred by scss, no bus, food, etc.

WHY DISRUPT A CHILD? THE PROGRAM IS STATE FUNDED AND MOM IS WILLING TO PAY SPALDING COUNTY ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES. CONSIDERATION SHOULD BE MADE SINCE THERE IS NOT A SLOT AVAILABLE IN OTHER COUNTIES.
