It would not matter if she was well informed on cannabis or not because she is incapable of allowing grown ups to be self-determined which is what true democracy is all about. She is wrongfully convinced that we need to be controlled as if we are children. Though many of us would like to see her removed from office now, the process will not be a quick one. Meanwhile we are stuck with her. We need to keep putting pressure on her to do what we hired her to do and that is to act on behalf of all of our residents and if she refuses to do so-well, "Good-bye Miss American Pie"!

Govenor Noem has ignored basic, current science and research in order to line her own and her families' pockets. What is left of our beautiful prairie ecosystem has been potentially thrown off balance (we won't know the downstream effects until possibly years later), and farmers are having to turn away from other sustainable crop options in a time when we desperately need to diversify our growth. She is an irresponsible governor at best.
