NCAA is setting themselves up for a massive lawsuit if they don't start applying punishments consistently across all schools including the UNC's and Arizona's of the world.

Be reasonable. Look at intent. 9 is too much given the scenario. Don’t try and bully us into thinking 9 is a reasonable compromise and a full season was on the table. That is silly.
