Surly providing funding to expand this wonderful school would benefit NPT? Especially for future business compliance to have a bilingual workforce in line with the Welsh Language Measure and Welsh Language Commisioner Standards. This is legistlation and will become more prominent with WG target of a million Welsh speakers by 2050 and the 8 key priority educational areas. It is my old school and without the wonderful bilingual education I received there as a child, I wouldn't be where I am today.

It is my understanding that Welsh is to become an even bigger part of an English Medium's curriculum. Surely supporting a Welsh medium school develop and grow is beneficial to the area - Proud to be Welsh!

This is a small ask in comparison to knocking down school then closing schools to pile them into oversized classes.

My son will be starting in January 2018 so the extension will most definitely be of benefit to us as a family. The council should be encouraging the increase of Welsh medium education.

The school is a true asset to Neath and the surrounding areas and the extra space is desperately needed. The benefit to Neath would be fantastic, not only by the creation of quality jobs made available in order to facilitate the school expansion but also (and more importantly) by providing many more good quality school places, giving a solid start to the education of the community's children. It's a no brainer, come on Neath Port Talbot Borough Council! short term investment for long term gain.
