Absolutely disgusting behaviour from rekom and cameos management. You give us staff privileges and then snatch them away because we are getting drunk in a place that is for solely drinking and having fun. I don’t know why you think we work there but for the majority of us it is because we are getting paid to work with great people and for the benefits on our nights off, where lots of us come in and have fun with our friends. Not to mention some people have only started in the past week / 2 weeks ago and haven’t even had a proper night out there and are being punished for other peoples mistakes. Absolutely shocking. Some of us are students who’s first year is all about partying and having fun in clubs… well guess what. Now we can’t even go into the biggest club in Bournemouth and what we all used to THINK was the best! Cannot believe this is happening, you don’t see hospitals turn around to nurses and refuse them entry because they work here? Same with supermarkets and other work places. Whatever your problem is we can guess has been caused by a staff member drunk on a night out? Well at the end of the day we are there just like everyone else who might even be more drunk than us and doing worse things than us. I think this is an absolute joke and unless this is sorted out then I think you are going to lose a lot of staff and I don’t think you’ll be able to find many more if you think that ‘rules’ and ‘social bans’ are the right way to go about it.
