The work of someone 10 years ago shouldn't determine whether they are allowed in a country or not. I'm sure everyone has done something stupid when they are 15 and they have not been banned. Sorry but this argument is invalid. Art is Art.

This is stupid! He isn't even part of the collective group Odd Future anymore, they split up! So gutted to hear this news. His most recent album is honestly much more of a reflection of the musician he clearly is!

If he's such a treat to this country then why was the leader of the female activists 'collective shout' at his concert last year protesting? If he was such a big threat to Australia like these female activists 'claim' then would why they show up somewhere with someone that they believe is 'unsafe & a threat'. Pretty silly if you ask me

Tyler shouldn't be banned anyway. The content of his lyrics compared to every single artist who's part of Soundwave can not compare. As much as Tony Abbott does not speak for my generation, allowing a band in the country last year who staged a fake leader beheading at their concert & you let them in? Not tyler? Literally a kid who raps & doesn't actively promote violence like the headliners of the Soundwave Festival.

Tyler performing in Australia (Sydney in particular)honestly means the world to me. I have been looking forward to attending one of his performances for a very very long time and his music has really grown to be a part of me. Tyler being banned in Australia is unfair on many levels, particularly for his fans.
